About this layout
The 3x3 matrix allows you to plot things alongside two axes or dimensions. It offers one more level of nuance when compared to the similar 2x2 matrix slide. It is a favourite by McKinsey and other strategy consultants.

How to use it in your presentation
Use it to map competitors, options, brand portfolios, etc.. You can either add text items to the individual boxes, or position shapes with text more precisely on the grid. Change the colour of the individual boxes as needed. Usually the top right hand corner is an important one, which is highlighted by the accent colour or the template. Change the axis labels and titles as you see fit.

Available formats
This layout is available either as a PowerPoint or Keynote template, make your selection of a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio.

Here is the short version of the user license that go with our templates:
